Take to the road and take your holiday as it comes! One of the great joys of a motorhome or RV (recreational vehicle) holiday is that you really can have the freedom of the open road and can come and go as you please, stopping for as long or as short a time as you like in each location.
We can arrange RV holidays, providing the perfect opportunity to explore the highways and byways of Canada at your own pace and to enjoy the great outdoors, experience the surreal beauty of the Canadian Rockies, adventure outdoors and explore national parks, witness famous landforms such as Niagara Falls in Ontario, drive scenic coastline roads and learn about native heritage. Canada As You Like It can recommend itineraries and campgrounds to book along the way.
Many of our popular Holiday Ideas on our destination pages can also be done in an RV, or we can make other suggestions for you depending on what you would like to do. Rentals can be on a one-way basis giving you complete flexibility when it comes to planning your dream holiday.
All our Canada motorhome rental locations have experienced staff on hand to explain and demonstrate the functions of your motorhome and to make every customer feel comfortable with their RV. Full orientation for the vehicle is given on collection and no previous experience is necessary. Don’t worry; you will be given plenty of guidance before you set off on the road!
The motorhomes range in size, from C class ‘cab over’ motorhomes which vary from approximately 22 to 31 feet, through to the A class, the largest luxury motorhome and many vehicles feature a ‘slide out’ facility to expand the living and sleeping area. The largest vehicles can sleep up to eight people, and so whether you are a couple, family or group of friends we can tailor your holiday to match.
Every motorhome is fully self-contained and offers a spacious, comfortable and well equipped home away from home. Our rates include unlimited mileage, generator usage and the personal and vehicle kits, which ensure you have all you need. Motorhome layouts can be seen on our website.
A couple of things to bear in mind when planning your trip – you should always include a night in a hotel when you arrive in Canada, before collecting your motorhome; standard pick-up time for the vehicles is after 1pm, so if you would like to get on the road earlier, ask about Priority AM Departure; campsites within many of the National Parks do book up in advance, especially in peak season, so it is a good idea to book these in advance.
